Return Policy
We strive to provide uplifting service to ALL of our customers. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, you didn't receivce what you ordered, or you ordered the wrong items we will gladly send replacements or refund you - your choice. We may request photos to be emailed to us or items to be returned back to us before issuing a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or lost shipments.
Once the item is received back, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the payment method that was used to place the original order. The above return policy does not apply for special orders. Special order items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
