Vinyl curtain strips rated for low temp are designed to function properly in cooler temperatures.  Got a walk in cooler?  These strips work perfectly in walk in cooler temperatures.  Got a walk in freezer?  These strips thrive in freezing cold temperatures.  Regardless whether you need strip curtains in your beer cooler or in your laboratory, these low temp vinyl replacement strips work perfectly with any type of bracket.  We have two options for mounting style: generic mount (2" holes) or Easimount.  Generic mount has holes punched 2" from eachother (at the center of the hole punch) and will work on a wall mount bracker or a universal mount bracket (aka ceiling mount).  Our Easimount mounting style is made for Kason Industries Easimount bracket and has shoulders cut out of the top of the vinyl strip to ensure proper overlapping of the vinyl strips which improve their effectiveness.  The Easimount style replacement strips also come with a cleat and cover snapped on the top of the replacement vinyl strip so the strips can easily be slid within the Easimount bracket.  If you have any questions you can reach us via phone, email or chat Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm EST.

Mounting Style

Generic

Generic Mount strips comes with holes punched 2" apart (Industry Standard) and need the face plates and bolts to be fixed in place properly.

Easimount

Easimount Style strips come pre cleated and have no holes. End caps need to be installed after installing strips in place to make ensure they don't slide out and curtain works properly.

Bracket Types

Wall Mount Bracket

Wall Mount Bracket was designed to be mounted on the wall above the opening. Made of heavy-duty steel. It's the most common mounting bracket across industries.

Bolts are 2 inches apart (Industry Standard)

Universal Mount Bracket

Universal Mount Bracket can be mounted on the wall or Header (door Jamb). Made of heavy-duty steel. It's perfect if you aren't sure what mounting style fits your application best.

Metal Easimount Bracket

Metal Easimount Bracket was designed to be mounted on the wall. Strong, light weight aluminum track installs easily. Easiest mounting systems on the market feature pre-cleated, slide in strips for quick mounting and removal . When purchasing strips for this bracket make sure to specify Easimount.

Tracks accept vinyl strips in wide range of widths and materials. (For proper functionallity strips must have been cleated)

Quick Mount Bracket

Quick Mount Bracket design is fast, yet secure, way to install PVC strips. Universal mounting style can be mounted on the wall or header (Door Jamb). It's in average 75% faster to install strips and 90% faster to replace strips. It can be used for a variety of applications.
